Introducing the New ServSafe AlcoholTM Program |
|||||
| Using the same approach as ServSafe used for food safety training, the NRAEF introduces another new standard in risk management training. The ServSafe AlcoholTM program outlines effective responsible alcohol practices for ALL front-of-the-house staff. The program advocates team-based prevention of difficult intoxication situations.
Proper alcohol service is a responsibility we all share. The consequences of service violations can be serious, so it's vital that your entire staff gets involved to help prevent improper service. The new Fundamentals of Responsible Alcohol Service course assists in giving your staff the training they need to help assure every drink served is a safe one. Replacing the Barcode training introduced years ago by the NRA, this new innovative program brings practical hands on experiences to a class room environment. One very important result of this new program is that it gives servers the information they need to understand and implement the skills of responsible service. Everyone who attends this class should leave the program confident in their ability to make sound decisions regarding alcohol service. Overview of the Program: The topics covered in this class include:
Who Should Attend? Bartenders (beginners and experienced) What Do I Get?
